Online Store Regulations
Laser Aesthetic Center "LaserHouse"
§ 1
Introductory Provisions
The online store "LaserHouse" of the Laser Aesthetic Center (store name), available at the Internet address www.lazerhouse.pl/en/krakow, is managed by Laserhouse Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, located at: Warsaw, Rodziny Hiszpańskiego Street 8/ID 1.04 02-685, NIP: 5214070070, REGON: 528644579.
These Regulations are addressed to Consumers and define the rules and procedure for concluding distance sales contracts with Consumers through the Store.
§ 2
Definitions
Consumer - a natural person who enters into a contract with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller - Laserhouse Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, located at: Warsaw, Rodziny Hiszpańskiego Street 8/ID 1.04 02-685, NIP: 5214070070, REGON: 528644579
and Information about the economic activity (CEIDG) stored by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP: 6751765976, REGON: 522262210.
Client – any organization making purchases through the Store.
Store - the online store operated by the Seller at the Internet address www.lazerhouse.pl/en/krakow.
Distance contract - a contract concluded with the Client within an organized system for the conclusion of distance contracts (within the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more remote communication tools until the conclusion of the contract.
Regulations - these Store Regulations.
Order - a declaration of the Client's will, submitted via the Order Form and directed directly to conclude a Purchase Agreement with the Seller.
Order Form - an interactive form available in the Store, allowing to place an order, including specifying the terms of the Purchase Agreement, including the payment method.
Product - a movable item/service available in the Store that is the subject of the Purchase Agreement between the Client and the Seller.
Purchase Agreement - an agreement for the sale of a Product, concluded or to be concluded between the Client and the Seller through the Online Store. The Purchase Agreement also means, depending on the characteristics of the Product, a service provision agreement or a commission agreement/contract for a specific work.

§ 4
General Information
The Seller is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in the operation of the Store, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or the incompatibility of the Online Store with the Client's technical infrastructure.
The Client can place orders for Products available in the Store's assortment by providing the necessary personal and address data that allow the Order to be processed.
Prices in the store are quoted in Polish zloty.
The final amount that the Client must pay consists of the price of the Product, which is notified to the Client on the Store's website when placing the Order, including the declaration to execute the Purchase Agreement.
§ 5
Order Placement Rules
To place an order:
go to the store's website,
select the "Online Services" option, then click the "Online Payment" button,
fill out the order form by:
entering the order amount,
entering the recipient's first and last name,
providing the recipient's phone number and address,
choosing the city and service center,
specifying the payment purpose by indicating which Product the payment is for.
click the "I agree with the public offer agreement" button and confirm the order by clicking the "Pay" button.
choose one of the available payment methods and, depending on the payment method, pay for the order within the specified period in accordance with § 6, point 3.
§ 6
Offered Services and Payment Methods
The Client can receive the ordered product at a cosmetology center of their choice.
The Client can use the following payment methods:
payment by bank transfer to the Seller's account,
electronic payments,
payment by payment card.

§ 7
Conclusion of the Sales Contract
The conclusion of the Purchase Agreement between the Client and the Seller occurs after the Client places an Order using the Order Form in the Online Store, in accordance with
§ 5 of the Regulations.
After placing the Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt and simultaneously accepts the Order for processing. Confirmation of the Order receipt and its acceptance for execution is done by the Seller sending an email to the Client's email address provided when placing the Order, which includes at least the Seller's statements confirming receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution, as well as confirmation of the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement. When the Client receives the aforementioned email, the Purchase Agreement is concluded between the Client and the Seller.
If the Client chooses payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or card payment, the Client is obligated to make the payment within [_] calendar days from the date of concluding the Purchase Agreement - otherwise, the order will be canceled.
The delivery date of the Product is agreed upon with the Seller after the Client has made the payment. The payment date is considered to be the date the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account.
The Product is delivered within the European Union or Ukraine.
§ 8
Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
The Consumer may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement without giving a reason within 14 days.
The period mentioned in paragraph 1 above starts from the day following the day when the Client properly made the payment for the Product.
The Consumer may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement by submitting a withdrawal statement to the Seller. To meet the withdrawal deadline, the Consumer only needs to send the statement before the deadline expires.
The withdrawal statement can be sent by regular mail or electronically by sending the statement to the Seller's email address. The statement can also be submitted using the form, the sample of which is Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations and attached to the Act of May 30, 2014, "On Consumer Rights," but this is not mandatory.
If the Consumer sends the statement electronically, the Seller immediately sends the Consumer confirmation of receiving the withdrawal statement to the email address provided by the Consumer.
Consequences of Withdrawal from the Agreement:
in the case of withdrawal from the distance Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Agreement is considered not concluded,
in the case of withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement, the Seller will immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the Consumer's withdrawal statement, return all payments made by the Consumer,
the Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer explicitly agreed to another solution that will not incur any costs for the Consumer,
The right to withdraw from the distance Purchase Agreement does not apply to the Consumer regarding the Purchase Agreement for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the direct consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the service started that they lose the right to withdraw from the Seller after the service has been provided.
§ 9
Extrajudicial Methods of Complaint Resolution and Claims Fulfillment
Detailed information on the possibility for the Consumer to use extrajudicial methods of complaint resolution and claims fulfillment, as well as the rules for access to these procedures, is available in the offices and websites of district (city) ombudsmen, public organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, as well as regional Handlowa inspectorates, and at the following internet addresses of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php, http://www.uokik.gov.pl/sprawy_zdrowie.php, http://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php.
The Consumer has the following exemplary options for using extrajudicial methods of complaint resolution and claims fulfillment:
The Consumer has the right to apply to the permanent consumer protection arbitration court as provided in Article 37 of the Act of December 15, 2000, "On Trade Inspection" (Journal of Laws 2014, item 148 as amended), requesting to resolve the dispute arising from the Agreement concluded with the Seller,
The Consumer has the right to apply to the regional Trade Inspection Inspector according to Article 36 of the Act of December 15, 2000, on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws 2014, item 148 as amended) requesting to start a mediation process to peacefully resolve the dispute between the Consumer and the Seller,
The Consumer may obtain free assistance in resolving the dispute with the Seller also by using free assistance from the district (city) consumer rights ombudsman or a public organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (specifically, the Federation of Consumers, the Association of Consumers of Poland).
§ 10
Personal Data in the Online Store
The Administrator of the personal data of Clients collected through the Online Store is the Seller.

The personal data of Clients collected by the Administrator through the Online Store is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the Purchase Agreement, and with the Client's consent – also for marketing purposes.
In the case of a Client who uses electronic payment or payment by payment card in the Online Store, the Administrator transmits the collected personal data of the Client to the selected organization processing the specified payments in the Online Store.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data specified in the Regulations, necessary for concluding the Purchase Agreement, will result in the inability to conclude this contract.
The personal data provided by the Client is processed to the extent and for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. This period cannot be precisely defined and depends on decisions regarding the use of the Administrator's services,
thus the data was obtained. In relation to Purchase Agreements, whose validity has expired or been terminated, the period for processing personal data by the Administrator is determined by the statute of limitations for claims under the Civil Code and obligations under tax and accounting legislation, therefore the Seller will not process the data for more than 6 years after the expiration of the Purchase Agreement. The following categories of persons may have access to the Client's personal data:
authorized employees and partners of the Seller,
service providers providing the Seller with technical and organizational solutions that allow the provision of services (in particular, entities providing IT and marketing services, suppliers of legal and consulting services and their authorized employees
and colleagues).
The Controller will not transmit and will not authorize the transmission of your personal data outside the EEA unless the necessary measures are taken to ensure compliance with the transmission with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1).
The Client has the right to:
access your data and obtain a copy of it,
correct (amend) your data,
delete data,
restrict data processing,
object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing,
as well as when processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us,
file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data.
§ 11
Final Provisions
Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e., changes in legal provisions, changes in payment methods - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will notify the Client of any changes at least 7 days in advance.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the generally accepted provisions of Polish law apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on the provision of services by electronic means; the Act on consumer rights, the Act on the protection of personal data.
The Client has the right to use extrajudicial methods of complaint resolution and claims fulfillment. For this purpose, they can submit a complaint through the EU ODR online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
