Laser hair removal is  one of the most popular and sought-after cosmetic procedures around the world. This is not surprising, as it provides long-lasting results and is  the only hair removal method that has virtually no side effects.

DEVICES:

At the Laserhouse Center in Krakow, laser hair removal is performed with the latest generation Lumenis "Light Sheer" ET diode laser (USA).

This laser has a cooling system to help avoid burns and irritation. Each laser pulse destroys dozens of hair follicles. This is the fastest and most effective way to remove hair known worldwide.

DEPILATION METHOD

The intense pulse of light acts on the melanin in the hair (which gives it its color). The melanin absorbs the laser's heat energy and destroys the hair follicle without affecting other areas of the skin;

Laser hair removal is an absolutely safe method of hair removal, the laser beam destroys the hair structure without affecting the surrounding tissues;

Each pulse of the laser beam lasts a few seconds, so laser hair removal easily removes hair on large areas (legs, back);

The laser is equipped with a cooling device that reduces  the discomfort of the hair removal procedure, as well as protects the top layer of skin from excessive heating and possible pigmentation changes.

NUMBER OF TREATMENTS NEEDED

The effect of removing unwanted hair is individual for each patient. The average treatment time is 4-8 sessions for women, 8-10 sessions for men. If it concerns depilation in  areas of excessive hair, the average time of treatments may include  more than 10 sessions.

Standard intervals between hair removal treatments are: after the first treatment 4-6 weeks, after the second treatment 6-8 weeks, after the third treatment 8-10 weeks, after the fourth treatment 10-12 weeks, after the fifth treatment 12 -14 weeks, etc. 

After each subsequent treatment, the interval is increased by two weeks until the end of the series.

EFFECTS AFTER LASER HAIR REMOVAL

• After the first treatment, 15% to 40% of unwanted hair will disappear;
• After the first treatment, ingrown hairs disappear;
• inflammation and skin irritation disappear;
• The skin becomes rejuvenated, velvety and soft to the touch.

PARAMETERS OF LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENTS

During the treatment, the necessary laser parameters  are established for each client according to the skin phototype. These parameters are applied in accordance with international standards.

Above all  our main goal is "Do no harm"!

Some clients want the procedure to be performed at the highest power, hoping that the result after depilation will be better. But this should not be done! If the chosen parameter category is higher than the standard corresponding to your skin phototype, it can lead to burns and pigmentation spots. Remember that the most important thing is to achieve the desired results without harming your health and beauty.
